Requirements7
- 121+ with high school diploma or GED preferring a degree in human services
- 20-1+ years in behavioral health education coaching or youth services
- 3Valid CPR First Aid and physical intervention training
- 4Ability to stand move quickly and assist in crisis stabilization
- 5Pass background and drug screening required by Missouri law
- 6Strong written and verbal communication skills
- 7Commitment to continuing education and professional growth
