What You'll Do11
- 1Lead and coach the Memory Care team to provide outstanding person-centered care
- 2Ensure individualized care plans that adapt to changing resident needs
- 3Develop and deliver engaging programming that promotes meaningful daily experiences
- 4Hire train and mentor care staff to maintain high-quality service
- 5Collaborate with families physicians and interdisciplinary teams for communication
- 6Conduct care plan meetings and support resident admissions and transitions
- 7Maintain compliance with state regulations and company policies
- 8Manage staffing and labor expenses while upholding exceptional care standards
- 9Participate in Manager-on-Duty rotations and provide after-hours support
- 10Drive initiatives that enhance resident engagement and satisfaction
- 11Promote a supportive work environment that values teamwork and compassion
Requirements9
- 1Experience working with seniors living with dementia or cognitive impairments
- 2Strong leadership and supervisory background
- 3Excellent communication coaching and organizational abilities
- 4Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook Word and Excel
- 5Valid driver's license with clean driving record
