PRN Licensed Nurse (RN/LPN) - Memory Care
Overview
We seek a compassionate registered nurse or licensed practical nurse to join our PRN clinical team at Arbor Place. This physician-designed residential memory care community offers a small-scale environment where nurses provide personalized care. The ideal candidate will own resident health outcomes while collaborating with caregivers and physicians. This role differs by focusing on individualized attention within a boutique setting.
What You'll Do11
- 1Assess residents and monitor changes in condition
- 2Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- 3Communicate and collaborate with physicians families and the interdisciplinary care team
- 4Document resident care and clinical observations
- 5Respond to resident needs and changes in condition
- 6Assist with hands-on resident care as needed to support the care team
- 7Support admissions physician orders and care plan updates
- 8Ensure compliance with nursing standards policies and state regulations
- 9Own patient interactions and coordinate care delivery
- 10Maintain accurate documentation and records
- 11Participate in interdisciplinary meetings to improve resident outcomes
Requirements6
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Current Maryland RN or LPN license in good standing
- 3CPR certification
- 4Experience in memory care assisted living long-term care hospice or geriatrics
- 5Strong clinical assessment communication and organizational skills
- 6Compassionate dependable and team-oriented attitude
