Overview

The Member Care Advocate will own concierge-level service for EmpiRx Health members, coordinating care between members, pharmacies, and prescribers at scale. You will work onsite in Montvale, NJ supporting population health initiatives and KPI-driven service standards. This role blends case management, administrative oversight, and cross-functional collaboration to improve health outcomes and member satisfaction. You will be part of a team delivering high-quality pharmacy care enabled by our AI-powered Clinically platform.

What You'll Do10

  • 1Build and manage member cases in the population health system to ensure timely and accurate resolution
  • 2Serve as liaison between members, pharmacies, and prescribers to coordinate care and resolve issues
  • 3Respond to member inquiries with professional and timely communication
  • 4Handle email communications and administrative tasks aligned with service expectations
  • 5Support concierge-level services and member-focused projects under pharmacist supervision
  • 6Provide empathetic member support and resolve escalations within defined turnaround times
  • 7Deliver best-in-class member experience through attention to detail and responsiveness
  • 8Collaborate with Clinical Account Executives and Client Management teams on member-related needs
  • 9Maintain documentation accuracy and compliance within systems and workflows
  • 10Follow applicable laws, regulations and internal processes

Requirements11

  • 1CPhT Pharmacy Technician Certification
  • 2Minimum 2 years of PBM health plan or MTM call center experience OR 4 years in hospital or retail pharmacy
  • 3Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • 4Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • 5Strong time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • 6Customer service orientation focused on high-quality member experience
  • 7Ability to work onsite 5 days per week
  • 8Preferred: Bachelor’s degree
  • 9Active Pharmacy Technician license
  • 10Experience with population health or case management systems
  • 11Experience supporting clinical or pharmacy operations teams
