What You'll Do17

  • 1Build and nurture long-term relationships with healthcare clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
  • 2Serve as primary clinical point of contact for assigned accounts

  • 7Monitor and report on effectiveness of clinical interventions
  • 8Collaborate with clients to develop and implement clinical strategies
  • 9Offer expert advice on clinical trends formulary management and drug utilization
  • 10Prepare and present detailed reports on clinical performance and cost savings
  • 11Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
  • 12Work closely with internal teams to ensure cohesive service delivery
  • 13Support development of marketing materials and proposals for new client opportunities
  • 14Facilitate communication between clinical and non-clinical teams
  • 15Manage difficult client situations and respond promptly to service requests
  • 16Solicit client feedback to improve service delivery
  • 17Meet client commitments and maintain transparent communication

Requirements11

  • 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
  • 23-5 seasons of experience in Pharmacy Benefits Management
  • 3Current, active, and valid registered Pharmacist License
  • 4Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Excel
  • 5Familiarity with Salesforce platform
  • 6Ability to analyze clinical data and identify trends
  • 7Strong communication and presentation skills
  • 8Experience with PBM operations and drug formulary systems
  • 9Understanding of healthcare regulations and standards
  • 10Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • 11Competency in handling ambiguous situations and complex variables
