What You'll Do10
- 1Build optimal patient care plans for 7 North-Spine patients with a focus on safety and outcomes
- 2Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care across units and discharge planning
- 3Ship standard Med/Surg protocols and contribute to unit performance improvements
- 4Drive rapid patient assessments during 13 week contract periods and document interventions
- 5Own documentation and compliance with hospital policies and state regulations
- 6Scale throughput by prioritizing high-acuity patients while maintaining quality care
- 7Lead handoffs at shift change with clear communication for patient safety
- 8Debug workflow bottlenecks to reduce wait times and improve patient flow
- 9Support unit education and orientation for traveling staff
- 10Participate in unit rounding and quality improvement initiatives
Requirements10
- 1RN license in good standing for the state of Colorado
- 2BLS certification and ACLS as required by hospital policy
- 33+ years of Med/Surg experience in a hospital setting
- 4Willingness to travel from home address more than 50 miles from the hospital
- 5Ability to work Day Shift 3x12 hour shifts in a 13 week contract
- 6Strong communication and teamwork skills
- 7Experience with electronic medical records and patient documentation
- 8Adaptability to a fast-paced travel assignment
- 9Availability for the full 13 week commitment
- 10Travel RN must meet TalentBurst compliance and onboarding requirements
