Overview
Lead client coaching and accountability while delivering nutrition movement and habit plans aligned with the 3-Phase Body Reset Program. Provide remote and in-clinic support focusing on goal setting lifestyle integration and motivation. Drive measurable outcomes through data tracking and adherence management.
What You'll Do12
- 1Coach and hold clients accountable via video and app messaging guided by the medical plan
- 2Create sustainable nutrition movement and habit plans integrated with medication and lifestyle changes
- 3Conduct 1:1 and group coaching sessions to maintain engagement between visits
- 4Review progress data including Hume Body Pod scans photos and adherence tracking to adjust support
- 5Educate clients on GLP-1 medication timelines adherence and side effects
- 6Support local clients with in-clinic onboarding and optional follow-up visits
- 7Host or assist with in-person onboarding and body composition scans for hybrid coaches
- 8Assist with injection visits under provider direction without independent clinical decisions
- 9Prepare rooms and organize supplies for efficient in-clinic sessions
- 10Maintain accurate EMRCRM notes and proactively manage client rosters to identify at-risk individuals
- 11Develop educational materials such as handouts videos and community posts on nutrition movement and maintenance
- 12Lead or support group Q&A coaching calls and community engagement activities
Requirements11
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 22+ years in nutrition coaching health coaching or related behavior change roles
- 3Recognized nutrition health coaching certification such as NASM Precision Nutrition NCI NBHWC
- 4Degree in Nutrition Dietetics Exercise Science Health Promotion or related field
- 5Strong client communication skills to simplify complex topics
- 6Comfortable using telehealth tools apps and EMRCRM systems
- 7Private distraction-free workspace with reliable high-speed internet
- 8Ability to work independently manage follow-ups and organize client panels
- 9Location near clinic availability for regular in-clinic days
- 10Experience with medical weight loss GLP-1 programs or metabolic health coaching
- 11Bilingual Spanish proficiency preferred
