What You'll Do11

- 4Follow up with leads and schedule appointments
- 5Assist with lab coordination and inventory tracking
- 6Document patient information in electronic medical records
- 7Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality
- 8Provide concierge-level patient experiences
- 9Collaborate with Marketing Manager on lead generation
- 10Support front-office tasks such as scheduling and check-ins
- 11Track supply needs and manage clinical inventory
Requirements11
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons of experience in healthcare administration
- 3CPC Card certification preferred
- 4BCBA credential valued
- 5AWS Certified experience beneficial
- 65+ years creating patient education materials
- 73-5 years managing patient communications
- 82+ years in pediatric or integrative medicine settings
- 9Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- 10Proficiency with EMR systems and digital tools
- 11Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency appreciated
