- 5Greet patients politely, provide registration and checkout info, and collect feedback via surveys.
- 6Prepare for next-day appointments with confirmation calls and insurance verification.
- 7Offer community referrals and resources to patients.
- 8Communicate with employees, patients, and agencies, sharing accurate information.
Requirements8
- 1High school diploma or GED with 6 months in a healthcare center OR 1 year in healthcare front office, OR 2 years customer service.
- 2Experience with EPIC preferred.
- 3Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
- 4Fluency in English (read, write, speak).
- 5Proficiency in MS Office and patient management software.
- 6Excellent phone, written, and verbal communication skills.
- 7Skilled in social perceptiveness and service orientation.
- 8Ability to handle confidential information per HIPAA.
