What You'll Do6
- 1Greet patients at the front desk and check them in for appointments using the clinic's scheduling system.
- 2Answer in-coming calls, triage patient questions, and schedule appointments accurately.
- 3Room patients in the back office, obtaining vital signs and any necessary records for a smooth visit.
- 4Process medical charts and maintain patient confidentiality throughout the check-in process.
- 5Support the clinical team by preparing exam rooms and ensuring all patient records are up to date before each visit.
- 6Handle multiple clerical tasks simultaneously while keeping a warm, professional demeanor.
Requirements6
- 11+ years experience in a medical office or customer service role (preferred but not required).
- 2Strong communication skills and a high capacity for empathy when interacting with patients.
- 3Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while remaining organized and precise.
- 4Proficient with basic computer systems and ability to learn EMR software quickly.
- 5Dependable and punctual, with a team-player attitude and superb customer service skills.
