What You'll Do11
- 1Interact with laboratory customers courteously and professionally
- 2Respond to telephone inquiries promptly
- 3Adhere to established laboratory and hospital policies regarding procedures and safety
- 4Follow specimen collection and processing protocols accurately
- 5Perform analytical procedures with precision and timeliness
- 6Recognize abnormal results and initiate corrective actions
- 7Maintain knowledge of techniques and instrument relationships
- 8Conduct test development and equipment evaluation
- 9Supervise section staff during temporary assignments
- 10Assist with high complexity testing under supervision
- 11Require 8-10 days monthly availability
Requirements10
- 1Bachelor of Science degree from accredited institution
- 2Successful completion of CAHEA accredited MLS program
- 3Minimum 5 years experience in clinical laboratory settings
- 4Proficiency in medical terminology
- 5Familiarity with laboratory information systems
- 6ASCP certification preferred
- 7Experience with Spark and Airflow
- 8Knowledge of AWS services
- 9Understanding of Kubernetes architecture
- 10Experience with React framework
