What You'll Do11
- 1Build and maintain automated workflows using Python and AWS
- 2Design and implement QC protocols for instrument calibration and data integrity
- 3Analyze specimens according to SOPs and report results accurately
- 4Lead troubleshooting for system deviations and coordinate with senior technologists
- 5Document all corrective actions and maintain comprehensive lab records
- 6Train staff on new procedures and maintain departmental appearance
- 7Ensure reagent and kit inventory management with proper dating
- 8Participate in regulatory inspections and client communication
- 9Develop and review statistical reports for critical findings
- 10Maintain confidentiality and adhere to safety guidelines
- 11Collaborate across departments to improve operational efficiency
Requirements11
- 1BS in Medical Technology preferred or equivalent degrees in Chemistry Biology or related fields
- 26 years of clinical laboratory experience with complex testing
- 3National certification as MT or MLT from ASCP or AMT recognized organizations
- 4Proficiency in Spark and Airflow for ETL pipeline development
- 5Strong understanding of CLIA HIPAA OSHA regulations and quality control policies
- 6Ability to interpret CBC Differentials and Urine Microscopics
- 7Experience with React and Kubernetes in lab informatics environments
- 8Demonstrated leadership in process optimization and team collaboration
- 9Excellent customer service skills for client interactions
- 10Valid professional license and background check clearance
- 11Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
