What You'll Do8
- 1Perform routine and complex technical procedures according to SOPs
- 2Execute QA/QC protocols for specimen analysis and instrument calibration
- 3Maintain and troubleshoot laboratory equipment following manufacturer guidelines
- 4Prepare reagents and viral stocks while ensuring qualification standards
- 5Assist in developing new assays and transferring research findings to production
- 6Review and release results within the Laboratory Information System
- 7Lead specialized process coordination or quality assurance initiatives
- 8Participate in continuing education and licensure maintenance programs
Requirements5
- 1Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Biological Science Clinical Laboratory Science or Medical Technology
- 2California state issued Clinical Lab Science license (Generalist preferred)
- 35+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 4Strong knowledge of AWS and Kubernetes platforms
- 5Proven ability to scale laboratory operations and optimize workflows
