What You'll Do5

  • 1Build and perform standard and moderately complex technical work to support imaging systems under general supervision
  • 2Harvest equipment, test parts, and evaluate components across assigned modalities
  • 3Troubleshoot common system and parts issues using standard methods and interpret test results
  • 4Complete routine parts-level repairs and assist with system installations
  • 5Document work and answer routine questions from Technician I teammates to enable knowledge transfer

Requirements5

  • 12–5 years of diagnostic imaging service or in-house technical experience
  • 2Working knowledge of imaging system architecture and electronic/mechanical systems
  • 3Primary expertise in at least one modality (MRI, CT, X-ray, mammography or ultrasound)
  • 4Nice to Have: Associate degree in Biomedical Electronics, Electronics, or related field
  • 5Nice to Have: Mammography experience
