Owns patient delivery, setup, and safety assessments for home medical equipment and oxygen services at scale in the Portland area. You’ll support veterans and clients with DME, oxygen devices, and safety guidance while coordinating with respiratory therapists and care coordinators. This role emphasizes field service, on-call rotation, and professional representation of the company. What You'll Do10

  • 1Build strong relationships with veterans and clients by explaining proper use and maintenance of equipment
  • 2Deliver and pick up home medical equipment, complete route sheets and patient documentation, and ensure accurate records
  • 3Perform 90‑day equipment checks, service oxygen supplies, replace filters, and conduct safety assessments
  • 4Assist in minor repairs and routine cleaning of rental equipment
  • 5Coordinate with respiratory therapists and care coordinators to resolve patient issues
  • 6On‑site setup and servicing in patient homes and hospitals within the Portland area
  • 7Maintain professional appearance and company uniform, promote teamwork and positive representation
  • 8Take on-call shifts on a rotating basis and assist with office tasks as needed
  • 9Track and obtain necessary signatures and paperwork to complete orders
  • 10Support inventory counts and request additional stock when required

Requirements10

  • 1High School Diploma required
  • 21-2 years of DME Medical Delivery Driver experience and/or Oxygen knowledge
  • 3Excellent written and verbal communication skills for customer interactions
  • 4Ability to pass Background Check and Drug Test
  • 5Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and 10 pounds frequently
  • 6Willingness to go into patient homes and hospitals for setup and service
  • 7Availability for 8a-4:30p, Monday to Friday, with on-call rotation and possible weekends
  • 8Valid drivers license and clean driving record
  • 9Basic problem solving and time management skills
  • 10Team oriented with professional appearance and conduct
