Overview
POD Health seeks a bilingual Medical Assistant Team Lead to drive excellence across Telehealth Remote Patient Monitoring Chronic Care Management and Community Health Initiatives. This leader will oversee a team deliver high quality patient care and enhance operational efficiency.
What You'll Do10
- 1Collaborate with Clinical and Operational management to lead team of Medical Assistants
- 2Assist with oversight of Chronic Care Management and other POD programs
- 3Monitor patient vital signs and alerts
- 4Answer phones and triage calls
- 5Develop individualized care plans
- 6Respond to urgent care needs
- 7Screen patients and make referrals
- 8Complete timely clinical requests and follow ups
- 9Conduct documentation audits and maintain medical records
- 10Perform other related duties as needed
Requirements9
- 1Fluency in Chinese required
- 2High School Diploma or equivalent GED
- 3Completion of Medical Assistant program preferred
- 4Excellent communication and organizational skills
- 5Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team
- 6Experience with EMR systems
- 7Knowledge of state compliance requirements
- 8Leadership experience in healthcare settings preferred
- 9Strong ability to support clinical operations
