- 9Navigate EMR system for telephone encounters and referrals
- 10Answer messages and address prescriptions promptly
- 11Secure patient information and maintain confidentiality
Requirements10
- 1High school diploma or equivalent
- 2Valid Driver’s License
- 3Medical Assistant diploma or certificate
- 4Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card
- 5Experience with EMR programs
- 6Ability to work evenings and weekends
- 7Strong communication skills
- 8Understanding of STI and HIV terminology
- 9Cultural competency and commitment to reducing stigma
- 10Bilingual Spanish English preferred
