Own patient flow and support podiatry visits at a growing foot and ankle practice. Manage rooming, vital signs, and basic wound care for a diverse patient base within a fast-paced clinic. What You'll Do5
- 1Build patient rooms and obtain vital signs to support efficient visits
- 2Assist the podiatrist during exams and in office procedures to improve throughput
- 3Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments to maintain clinical readiness
- 4Take patient histories and update EMR records to keep data accurate
- 5Perform basic wound care and dressing changes and assist with X-rays injections and minor procedures
Requirements6
- 1Medical Assistant certification
- 2Prior experience in podiatry orthopedics or medical office is a plus
- 3Strong communication and interpersonal skills bilingual in Spanish a plus
- 4Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a clinical setting
- 5Professional compassionate dependable
- 6Onsite part-time role with potential for growth
