Medical Assistant, Aesthetics & Injectables Support
Overview
At Look Lab Med Spa, you will own the clinic flow for our luxury aesthetic practice, keeping injectors on schedule and patients moving seamlessly through their visits. With 5+ locations nationwide, you will support a team of skilled injectors performing injectable aesthetics and regenerative treatments. As the operational backbone of the clinic, you will manage room turnover, anticipate supply needs, and maintain a polished patient experience. This role blends clinical skill with high-level logistics, offering a unique opportunity to impact efficiency and patient satisfaction daily.
What You'll Do10
- 1Manage patient flow from arrival to departure, ensuring injectors stay on schedule.
- 2Prepare treatment rooms before each patient and turn them over within 5 minutes.
- 3Assist injectors with treatment setup, photo capture, and patient positioning.
- 4Anticipate provider needs to prevent workflow interruptions.
- 5Prepare face sheets, forms, and before/after photos for treatment planning.
- 6Maintain an organized back-of-house, including clinical workstations and supply inventory.
- 7Greet and escort patients, prep skin, and review pre-care steps for injectables.
- 8Perform venipuncture for PRP/PRF draws, and manage centrifuge and tube preparation.
- 9Support injectable, microneedling, and regenerative medicine workflows while maintaining sterile technique.
- 10Educate patients on post-care and ensure a smooth checkout process.
Requirements8
- 1Certified Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA, or CCMA) or equivalent medical assisting education.
- 2Documented phlebotomy training, with phlebotomy certification preferred.
- 3Strong venipuncture skills with the ability to draw blood for PRP/PRF.
- 41+ years of experience in aesthetics, dermatology, or plastic surgery preferred.
- 5Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced clinical setting.
- 6Professional, warm communication style with a luxury-service orientation.
- 7Ability to follow detailed workflows without constant supervision.
- 8High integrity, reliability, and discretion with patient information.
