What You'll Do9
- 1Perform facials, chemical peels, micro-needling, RF micro-needling, and laser treatments, tailoring each session to client skin needs.
- 2Conduct thorough skin assessments to recommend products and treatments, building client trust and loyalty.
- 3Maintain strict sanitation and safety standards, following health regulations in all treatment areas.
- 4Respond to client questions, manage expectations, and ensure satisfaction from consultation to follow-up.
- 5Boost retail sales by recommending products during treatments and hosting product demos.
- 6Promote services on social media channels to attract new clients and engage existing ones.
- 7Collaborate with team members to sustain a positive, guest-focused environment.
- 8Document procedures, safety precautions, and outcomes in our EMR system for every client.
- 9Stay current on aesthetic trends, including laser and hair extensions techniques, and apply them to your practice.
Requirements8
- 12+ years performing aesthetic treatments, with 1+ year of laser experience.
- 21+ year of RF micro-needling preferred, but not required.
- 3Valid cosmetology license or equivalent certification.
- 4Proven experience in a med spa or aesthetic clinic preferred.
- 5Strong knowledge of sanitation practices and safety protocols.
- 6Excellent communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- 7Ability to upsell services and products effectively.
- 8Proficiency in salon software for scheduling and client management.
