What You'll Do7
- 1Perform comprehensive laser services including hair removal skin tightening body contouring tattoo removal vein therapy IPL fractional resurfacing microneedling diamond glow chemical peels dermaplaning facials waxing
- 2Maintain accurate client records and documentation using electronic health charts
- 3Develop strong client relationships by anticipating needs and providing personalized recommendations
- 4Execute sales consultations focusing on product packages and add-on services
- 5Lead marketing initiatives and event planning efforts to attract new clientele
- 6Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless patient experiences
- 7Drive revenue growth through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques
Requirements7
- 1Valid Colorado esthetician license and laser certification
- 25+ years experience in laser aesthetics and injectable treatments
- 3Proven track record of achieving sales targets in commission-based environments
- 4Excellent communication skills with ability to educate clients on treatment benefits
- 5Reliable transportation and willingness to work onsite in Denver Colorado
- 6Background check clearance and ability to pass drug screening
- 7Commitment to integrity and professional development
