Deliver aesthetic medical services as an Aesthetic Practitioner at SkinSpirit, a top skincare destination with 55+ locations. You will assess patients and perform cosmetic injections, laser therapy, and laser hair removal at our New York clinic. What You'll Do9
- 1Conduct client consultations and craft personalized treatment plans using cosmetic injections and laser therapy.
- 2Educate patients on pre and post-treatment care for procedures like BBL and HALO.
- 3Answer patient questions and adapt to their needs and expectations.
- 4Apply best practices and stay current with market trends in aesthetic medicine.
- 5For mid-level providers (NP, PA, MD, ND, DO), perform in-clinic good faith exams as licensure allows.
- 6Maintain patient safety, cleanliness, and equipment inventory during all treatments.
- 7Update patient charts, capture before/after photos, and build a loyal patient base.
- 8Suggest retail products and additional services to enhance patient outcomes.
- 9Attend trainings and meetings; travel occasionally to other SkinSpirit locations for training.
Requirements8
- 1Valid RN, NP, PA, MD, DO, or ND license to practice in New York.
- 22+ years of experience in aesthetic medicine or a related clinical setting.
- 3Experience in a clinic setting with laser procedures like BBL and HALO.
- 4Exceptional interpersonal skills to communicate with patients and team members.
- 5Ability to multitask and stay attentive to clients in a busy environment.
- 6Proficiency with email and willingness to learn social media for patient engagement.
- 7Availability to work evenings and weekends as required.
- 8Physical stamina for prolonged standing, bending, and repetitive hand movements.
Salary Insight
