Overview
We seek a high-energy results-driven Patient Care Coordinator to lead patient engagement and drive clinic growth. This role serves as the first face of our spa while fostering a welcoming environment and delivering exceptional service from initial inquiry to final treatment.
What You'll Do6
- 1Act as the primary point of contact for new patient inquiries and manage ongoing relationships
- 2Present customized treatment plans confidently and discuss pricing
- 3Execute a rigorous follow-up process to ensure patient retention and conversion
- 4Maintain professional appearance and uphold brand standards
- 5Participate in monthly marketing events to build community presence
- 6Handle payment processing, appointment scheduling, and office duties including inventory management and aesthetic upkeep
Requirements8
- 1Minimum of 2 years experience in medical spa sales or a closely related field
- 2Proven track record of consistently hitting sales goals and KPIs
- 3Exceptional follow-up communication and closing abilities
- 4High level of professional presentation and reliability
- 5Customer-first mindset
- 6Ability to commute from Fulshear TX 77494
- 7Requirement: Med spa sales or equivalent experience
- 8Required experience: 2 years
