What You'll Do5
- 1Build and coordinate the MDS process including MDS, CAA's, and Care Plans in compliance with Federal and State regulations

Requirements5
- 1Active RN License in good standing
- 26+ months of experience as an MDS Coordinator
- 3Experience in Skilled Nursing or Rehabilitation preferred
- 4RAC-CT or RNAC certification preferred
- 5Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence
