Requirements5

  • 1Active RN License in good standing
  • 26+ months of experience as an MDS Coordinator
  • 3Experience in Skilled Nursing or Rehabilitation preferred
  • 4RAC-CT or RNAC certification preferred
  • 5Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence
