Material Handler, Medical Device Logistics & Inventory
Overview
The Material Handler will own packing finished goods, data entry in ERP, issuing materials to work orders, and verifying inventory for a medical device company in Santa Clara. This onsite, day shift role supports logistics operations and requires accurate data management and material movement. You will join a collaborative supply chain team focused on reliability and quality in a fast-paced environment. This position starts as contract to hire and offers benefits and weekly pay.
What You'll Do10
- 1Build and pack finished goods for pickup by suppliers to ensure on-time shipments
- 2Issue materials to work orders in the ERP and maintain accurate status
- 3Verify inventory levels and reconcile discrepancies to prevent stockouts
- 4Maintain orderly workspace and storage for efficient material flow
- 5Support data entry accuracy and MES/ERP data integrity
- 6Coordinate with logistics to meet daily shipping deadlines
- 7Assist in cycle counting and inventory audits
- 8Document material movements and maintain traceability for quality records
- 9Own safety and cleanliness of the packing area and equipment
- 10Scale throughput while adhering to GMP and compliance requirements
Requirements10
- 1High school diploma or equivalent
- 2Experience in a warehouse or material handling role is preferred
- 3Proficiency with ERP systems and basic data entry
- 4Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- 5Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management
- 6Reliable on-site presence in Santa Clara, CA
- 7Must be eligible to work in the United States
