What You'll Do7

  • 1Ship, receive, inspect, store, and issue materials and supplies using forklifts and pallet jacks.
  • 2Record and verify incoming and outgoing items against bills of lading and invoices.
  • 3Examine shipments for damage or shortages and coordinate with shippers to resolve discrepancies.
  • 4Complete required paperwork and forms for documentation and tracking.
  • 5Gather, weigh, and pack items for shipment according to specifications and transportation methods.
  • 6Operate hand trucks and dollies to move stock and reorganize storage areas.
  • 7Support production schedules by ensuring materials are available when needed.

Requirements7

  • 1High School Diploma or GED with 2-4 years of related experience, or equivalent combination.
  • 2Vocational or technical training degree preferred.
  • 3Proven ability to gather and document information accurately.
  • 4Capability to lift and move heavy objects up to 45 pounds.
  • 5Mechanical knowledge and understanding of safety protocols.
  • 6Williness to work different shifts and outside normal business hours.
