You will own material flow for a 3-month temporary assignment in Norwell, MA, supporting warehouse and production operations. What You'll Do10
- 1Receive, inspect, label, and store incoming materials and deliveries within the first 2 weeks.
- 2Pull, stage, and transport materials to support production and packing operations.
- 3Prepare and assemble customer orders for shipment with accuracy and speed.
- 4Load and unload trucks, trailers, and containers using forklift and manual methods.
- 5Restock inventory and maintain organized storage locations.
- 6Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and inventory control activities.
- 7Operate forklift and other warehouse equipment safely and effectively.
- 8Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory records.
- 9Identify and report damaged materials, shortages, or discrepancies immediately.
- 10Follow company safety procedures and maintain a clean work area through daily housekeeping.
Requirements9
- 1High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 21+ year of warehouse, shipping/receiving, or material handling experience.
- 3Previous forklift experience required.
- 4Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.
- 5Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- 6Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- 7Willingness to work overtime as needed.
- 8Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- 9Mechanical aptitude is a plus.
