Overview

Manage safe efficient handling of materials across plant supporting continuous production. Own shipping receiving packaging and interdepartment logistics. Drive improvements in workflow and inventory management.

What You'll Do5

  • 1Ship and receive incoming raw materials verifying against purchase orders and preparing outgoing shipments with proper documentation and labeling.
  • 2Load raw plastic feedstock at extrusion line starts and package finished products at line ends.
  • 3Move materials between production areas using forklifts or equipment while maintaining organized storage and inventory rotation.
  • 4Complete shipping receiving and inventory records accurately following safety protocols and PPE requirements.
  • 5Inspect forklifts and material handling equipment daily reporting issues promptly to maintain operational safety.

Requirements6

  • 1High school diploma or equivalent with valid forklift certification and experience.
  • 21-2 years experience in material handling shipping receiving or warehouse operations.
  • 3Ability to read and follow work instructions and safety guidelines.
  • 4Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and thrive in a fast-paced industrial environment.
  • 5Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail in documentation.
  • 6Familiarity with plastic recycling or manufacturing processes is a plus.
