What You'll Do10
- 1Build and install water treatment systems following sales orders and codes
- 2Design and execute water heater installations while maintaining licenses
- 3Maintain a clean service van and manage stock levels
- 4Complete service calls promptly with high-quality workmanship
- 5Provide clear, respectful customer service on site and document interactions
- 6Maintain accurate client records and complete paperwork diligently
- 7Identify additional sales opportunities to support company growth
- 8Ensure adherence to safety and customer privacy during all installations
- 9Assist in training or mentoring junior technicians as needed
- 10Contribute to process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience
Requirements10
- 1Must have a Master Plumber license
- 2Strong customer service skills to interact with clients
- 3Understand how to locate and use water main
- 4Ability to work independently and as part of a team in various installation environments
- 5Familiarity with installation processes and techniques related to water treatment equipment
- 6Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail to ensure high-quality installations
- 7Residential installation experience with water filtration or purification systems preferred
- 8Authorized to work in the United States and able to travel to client sites as needed
- 9Able to pass background check and driving record review
- 10Proactive in communicating job status and staying compliant with company policies
