Overview
Industrial Field Service Technician at a growing water treatment company, owning onsite installation and maintenance for industrial high purity systems at customer facilities. You will install, troubleshoot, and repair water treatment units including softeners, deionization, RO, and filtration, while delivering exceptional customer service. What You'll Do10
- 1Install and service water treatment equipment at customer facilities to specification
- 2Work with water softeners, UV, filtration, ozone, deionization and reverse osmosis systems and ensure reliable operation
- 3Learn to install, troubleshoot and repair equipment and follow installation maintenance protocols
- 4Operate with filters, pumps, motors, piping and electrical control panels that monitor water systems
- 5Collect samples and run tests on water treatment systems to verify performance
- 6Perform routine maintenance, filter changes, sanitizations and equipment exchanges
- 7Maintain accurate service and installation records for traceability
- 8Adhere to safety standards and company procedures in every job
- 9Provide responsive, professional customer interactions and address on-site issues
- 10Collaborate with team members to complete installations and service tasks on time
Requirements5
- 12-3 years experience in plumbing, electrical, water treatment, mechanical or utility service industry
- 2Valid driver's license and good driving record
- 3Excellent customer service skills and strong problem solving abilities
- 4Experience working with customers at their facilities and onsite service
- 5Ability to read and interpret technical procedures and blueprints
