What You'll Do9
- 1Work one-on-one with MassHealth members by phone and video to complete applications and renewals
- 2Own patient cases from start to finish including gathering documents and resolving eligibility issues
- 3Support renewal campaigns across community health center partners
- 4Help patients understand confusing MassHealth notices and advocate on their behalf
- 5Keep health center teams informed and escalate complex cases
- 6Analyze patient bottlenecks and share insights with product development
- 7Review outreach materials and ensure accuracy of enrollment workflows
- 8Collaborate with product and operations teams to refine processes
- 9Build a scalable playbook for enrollment support as the company grows
Requirements8
- 13+ years of hands-on MassHealth enrollment eligibility experience
- 2Previous Massachusetts Certified Application Counselor designation
- 3Deep knowledge of MassHealth rules renewals and Health Connector notices
- 4Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- 5Ability to manage multiple cases independently
- 6Tech-savvy mindset with curiosity about AI-driven solutions
- 7Experience with high-volume enrollment environments
- 8Familiarity with healthcare technology platforms such as Epic or eClinicalWorks
