What You'll Do10
- 1Build personalized treatment plans that meet diverse client needs and deliver measurable relaxation outcomes
- 2Deliver 50-minute Swedish massages in a consistent, high-quality manner and drive repeat visits
- 3Engage with clients and team members to create a welcoming, professional environment
- 4Follow the Key Ingredients standard to educate and empower clients about services
- 5Communicate effectively with clients, teammates, and management to ensure smooth operations
- 6Participate in ongoing training, workshops, and webinars to enhance technical skills and service offerings
- 7Maintain active massage license and liability insurance, and uphold safety and ethics standards
- 8Meet or exceed personal service targets to contribute to uncapped commission structure
- 9Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting spa environment
- 10Support a culture of putting people first through teamwork and professional conduct
Requirements10
- 1Hold an active massage license and liability insurance
- 2Demonstrate ability to create personalized treatment plans for clients
- 3Experience providing Swedish massage or similar modalities in a spa setting
