Overview

Own a role in a private resort-style community with 1 500+ members, delivering premium massage and body treatments in the Tranquility Spa. Collaborate with spa colleagues to maintain protocols, educate guests on services, and support events and promotions. This onsite, weekday role emphasizes client growth within the Trilogy community and high-touch service. You will join a dedicated team focused on member wellness and exceptional experiences.

What You'll Do10

  • 1Build professional spa experiences for each appointment following established protocols and timeframes
  • 2Design and perform consistent body treatments, maintaining certification standards and continuing education
  • 3Support spa operations by prepping rooms, sanitizing, restocking, and coordinating with management on issues
  • 4Promote spa services, treatments, and promotions to members and guests to grow loyalty and program participation
  • 5Assist with spa events and programs, contributing to a welcoming, professional environment
  • 6Maintain knowledge of all services offered and stay informed on product and service updates
  • 7Communicate effectively with management about staff or member concerns needing attention
  • 8Participate in cross-functional duties as needed to support spa operations
  • 9Provide exceptional customer service and handle member questions and concerns professionally
  • 10Ensure compliance with licensing and safety requirements and respond promptly to any incidents

Requirements10

  • 1A Valid Washington State Massage Therapy License is required
  • 2Liability Insurance is required
  • 3CPR/AED certification within 20 days of employment
  • 4Onsite, weekday schedule with no weekend shifts
  • 5Previous experience in massage and body treatments in a similar setting preferred
  • 6Previous customer service experience preferred
  • 7Comfort with both men's and women's treatments
  • 8Must be able to work in a private community setting with active adult residents
  • 9Proactive in continuing education and product knowledge
  • 10Spots for spa, events, and retail support within the role
