What You'll Do10
- 1Build personalized treatment plans and homecare regimens for clients
- 2Design and perform top-tier esthetic services to achieve client skincare goals
- 3Provide world class client experience and maintain a welcoming spa environment
- 4Communicate effectively with clients, spa management, and staff to ensure seamless visits
- 5Achieve sales and performance goals as outlined by spa leadership
- 6Participate in hands-on training and workshops to stay current with skincare developments
- 7Maintain active state esthetics license and carry liability insurance
- 8Adhere to licensing laws and regulations and sput ensure compliance
- 9Contribute to a positive team culture and support franchise standards
- 10Educate clients on products and routines to foster ongoing skincare rituals
Requirements10
- 1Active Esthetics license in the state of employment
- 2Carry Esthetics liability insurance
- 3Adhere to state and local licensing laws and regulations
- 4Provide world class client experience and top-level services
- 5Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans including homecare regimens
- 6Communicate effectively with clients, spa management, and staff
- 7Maintain alignment with spa leadership on sales and performance goals
- 8Participate in ongoing training and webinars
