What You'll Do11
- 1Conduct Monthly Stores LP Audit and score performance against defined criteria
- 2Report audit findings to Store Manager Field Manager and Corporate Management
- 3Advise Store Managers on enhancing in-store experiences using audit insights
- 4Facilitate storewide meetings reviewing procedures with APS and team members
- 5Utilize XBR & SAER exception reporting to track District Cash and Sales losses
- 6Monitor Target Program and weekly exceptions to boost inventory outcomes
- 7Perform in-store surveillances with I-Verify and DVR tools to detect integrity issues
- 8Lead Loss Prevention Quality Store Visits including Honesty Conversations
- 9Report suspected fraudulent activity to Loss Prevention Business Partners
- 10Assist with special projects impacting market performance like Shrink Impact Stores
- 11Train Store Managers on procedures covering cash management loss prevention and display compliance
Requirements10
- 1High school diploma or equivalent with college preference
- 2Ability to interpret operational directives such as merchandise schematics
- 3Intermediate Microsoft Office skills including Outlook Word Excel Access
- 4Flexible availability for full-time schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
- 5Local and overnight travel capability
- 6Valid driver's license preferred
- 7Store management experience in retail grocery or drug environments
- 8Field experience in local markets or loss prevention training
- 9Previous large group training facilitation experience
- 10Detroit residency required
