Manufacturing Production Associate Safety Quality Efficiency
Overview
We seek a dedicated professional to support our production team at Bonduelle Americas in Los Angeles. You will ensure compliance with safety and quality standards while maintaining efficient production flows. This role involves overseeing production processes and ensuring high-quality outputs.
What You'll Do11
- 1Ensure compliance with GMP PPE Safety SQF HACCP and sanitation guidelines
- 2Understand production schedules and key production data such as lot numbers and SKUs
- 3Identify inconsistencies in products like foreign objects or miss-labeling
- 4Remove undesirable defects from finished products
- 5Execute decoring trimming chopping mixing based on specifications
- 6Validate that printed labels match production work orders
- 7Work safely around moving equipment in wet environments
- 8Maintain continuous packaging and sorting of finished goods
- 9Clean and trim vegetables according to QC development specifications
- 10Operate shrink wrap machines both manual and automated
- 11Use hand pallet jacks for manual palletization and manually pack goods
Requirements7
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading cross-functional teams
- 35+ years experience with data tools
- 45+ years working in food processing environments
- 55+ years familiarity with lean manufacturing principles
- 65+ years knowledge of sanitation protocols
- 75+ years maintaining regulatory compliance standards
