What You'll Do8
- 1Assemble finished products using hand tools and fixtures to meet daily production targets.
- 2Conduct quality audits on each unit and document results to catch defects early.
- 3Pack finished goods into containers and label them correctly for shipment.
- 4Keep your workstation organized and maintain inventory of parts and tools.
- 5Communicate production issues to the shift lead within minutes of spotting them.
- 6Follow safety protocols and wear required gear to prevent accidents.
- 7Assist with line changeovers and setup for new product runs.
- 8Record production counts and downtime in the tracking system.
Requirements7
- 11+ years in a manufacturing or assembly role.
- 2Ability to stand for 8 hours and lift up to 50 pounds.
- 3High school diploma or equivalent.
- 4Experience using hand tools like screwdrivers, wrenches, and torque wrenches.
- 5Basic math skills for counting and measuring.
- 6Willingness to work 2nd shift (e.g., 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM).
