What You'll Do8
- 1Provide clinical direction to technicians for assigned clients, ensuring ABA protocols are implemented with fidelity.
- 2Assist Behavior Analysts in protocol modification, assessments, and family treatment guidance, using ABA best practices.
- 3Deliver behavior treatment by protocol to clients as needed, maintaining high-quality clinical care.
- 4Ensure data collection and recording are accurate and consistent, supporting clinical decisions.
- 5Complete mandatory trainings and attend required meetings, staying current with ABA standards.
- 6Document services delivered accurately and timely according to company policies, ensuring compliance.
- 7Report clinical and scheduling concerns promptly to supervisors, maintaining smooth operations.
- 8Adhere to all company compliance policies, both written and unwritten, upholding ethical standards.
Requirements8
- 1Master's degree required.
- 21+ year experience working in the field of ABA.
- 3BCBA eligible or currently accruing hours towards certification.
- 4Ability to maintain confidentiality of various information/data pertaining to assigned cases, other cases, and clinical and employment information (required).
- 5Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with target child, family members, and team members, both verbally and in writing (required).
- 6Experience in staff leadership or supervision and training (desired).
