What You'll Do5
- 1Lead the Hardware R&D Testing Team to execute testing from feasibility through DVT for Dexcom products
- 2Manage team performance to meet technical objectives and set midterm and long-term goals
- 3Handle high priority requests from stakeholders and deploy resources for maximum impact
- 4Mentor the team during testing failure investigations
- 5Drive continuous improvement initiatives to modernize and optimize test methods
Requirements8
- 1Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field with 8-12 years of experience
- 2Technical degree preferred
- 33+ years leadership in medical device testing design development or verification
- 4Knowledge of ISO 13485 and 21 CFR 820 standards
- 5Strong problem solving and statistical analysis skills
- 6Emotional intelligence with effective communication abilities
- 7Situational leadership style adaptable to tasks and individuals
- 8Results oriented self disciplined fast paced motivated professional
