The Testing Supervisor leads electrical and functional testing at our Dallas facility. This role ensures product reliability and compliance by overseeing testing operations and collaborating with engineering and production teams. What You'll Do15
- 1Lead and develop a team of electrical testing technicians
- 2Assign daily testing schedules aligned with production deadlines
- 3Provide technical guidance on troubleshooting and failure analysis

- 5Foster a strong safety culture for high-voltage testing
- 6Oversee functional electrical and performance testing of power distribution equipment
- 7Ensure testing meets engineering drawings and customer specifications
- 8Verify continuity and insulation resistance testing results
- 9Perform Hi-Pot and functional load testing on relays and control panels
- 10Enforce NFPA 70E and OSHA safety standards
- 11Drive root cause analysis for test failures and implement CAPA
- 12Monitor KPIs such as first-pass yield and rework rates
- 13Implement Lean manufacturing initiatives to increase throughput
- 14Maintain calibrated test benches and coordinate preventative maintenance
- 15Recommend automation enhancements to improve testing efficiency
Requirements11
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons of experience in electrical manufacturing or industrial equipment testing
- 35+ years experience reading electrical schematics and one-line diagrams
- 42 years supervisory or team leadership experience
- 5Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic reporting tools
- 6Strong technical aptitude in electrical theory and power distribution systems
- 7Familiarity with UL, ANSI, IEEE, or NEMA industry standards
- 8Ability to lift up to twenty-five pounds
- 9Experience with ERP/MRP systems
- 10Physical stamina for prolonged standing and desk work
- 11Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field preferred
