- 7Co author product strategy and champion user perspective in roadmap conversations
- 8Stay close to users through research and experimentation to define content discovery
- 9Foster culture of confidence accountability design thinking and continuous learning
- 10Recruit new designers and participate in hiring process
- 11Adapt department plans and prioritize business and viewer needs
Requirements11
- 13+ years building or leading full-time designer teams
- 27+ years product design experience in consumer digital products
- 3Ability to articulate design decisions and build trust with stakeholders
- 4Experience leading design across multiple product areas
- 5Commitment to inclusive design culture and psychological safety
- 6Understanding of user centered design principles and design thinking
- 7Proven leadership and mentorship skills
- 8Experience with AI powered design tools preferred
- 9Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 10Experience with streaming or living room environments not prioritized
- 11No preference for specific industry domains
