What You'll Do11
- 1Lead a team of analysts to execute inventory strategies pre-season and in-season
- 2Ensure weekly inventory execution supports in-stock expectations and promotions
- 3Partner with buying and planning teams to align inventory levels
- 4Provide ad hoc analysis and support for field callouts and inventory sharing
- 5Define inventory strategies during pre-season to optimize productivity
- 6Support purchase order writing for accurate receipt processing
- 7Analyze store and eCommerce inventory to shape demand planning strategies
- 8Produce reports on inventory health and KPIs for leadership
- 9Identify process improvements using advanced analytics and visualization tools
- 10Develop user-friendly reports to solve business needs for sales and margin
- 11Mentor and train inventory professionals fostering a collaborative environment
Requirements7
- 15+ years of experience in Retail Buying Planning Allocations Inventory Management
- 2Management skills with a development-first mindset
- 3Strong communication and proactive idea generation
- 4Ability to build relationships across all business levels
- 5Analytical curiosity to translate data into actionable insights
- 6Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Tableau
- 7Retail experience with buy or replenishment systems preferred
