- 3Foster a positive safe inclusive environment for staff and shoppers
- 4Model service standards coach associates drive KPI improvements
- 5Analyze business data adjust strategies and communicate results with the team
- 6Build customer loyalty through company sponsored programs such as credit
- 7Assist Store Manager with recruiting hiring training and development of store personnel
- 8Recognize top performers redirect staff as needed
- 9Plan track analyze and report task completion and financial outcomes using company tools
- 10Partner with Store Manager to design merchandising promotions markdown execution and product placement
- 11Reduce shrinkage through strong customer service education and operational controls
Requirements8
- 1Minimum 1 year retail or management experience
- 2High school diploma or GED
- 3Ability to lift 40 pounds with bending stooping reaching pushing and pulling
- 4Availability for days nights weekends and holidays with at least two closing shifts weekly
- 5Strong verbal and written communication skills
- 6Proven leadership supervisory and customer engagement abilities
- 7Proficiency with Outlook Excel web navigation and similar technology
- 8Minimum two closing shifts per week commitment to continuous learning
