- 2Welcome customers with warmth and guide them through styles features and benefits

- 4Foster a positive safe and inclusive environment for staff and shoppers
- 5Model service standards and coach others toward success
- 6Lead and execute a business focus area through planning and execution
- 7Drive Leader on Duty duties by addressing concerns promptly
- 8Utilize feedback to identify opportunities and implement actionable improvements
- 9Build loyalty via company sponsored programs including credit
- 10Provide real time in store feedback and raise performance issues to Store Manager
- 11Recognize exceptional performance through positive reinforcement and appreciation
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2High school diploma or GED
- 3Ability to lift 40 pounds with frequent bending stooping reaching pushing pulling
- 4Availability for days nights weekends and holidays as scheduled
- 5Proficiency with Outlook Excel web navigation and similar tools
- 6Strong verbal and written communication skills
- 7Experience managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- 8Experience in retail leadership and team development
- 9Understanding of product styles features and benefits for baby and youth apparel
- 10Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth
