- 1Become a product and brand expert of our brands to help families navigate every moment from preemie to size 14
- 2Maintain a genuine customer focus on the sales floor
- 3Foster a positive safe and inclusive environment for employees and customers
- 4Lead and execute an assigned business focus area through planning and detailed follow through
- 5Drive results and respond to customer concerns timely with appropriate resolution
- 6Utilize customer feedback to identify opportunities for actionable improvements
- 7Build customer loyalty through company sponsored programs including credit
- 8Provide consistent in the moment feedback to store team and raise performance concerns to Store Manager
- 9Recognize exceptional performance through positive reinforcement and appreciation
- 10Support store team with asset protection through consistent customer service safety awareness and operational controls
- 11Manage multiple tasks simultaneously with strong organizational skills
Requirements5
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Proficiency in AWS and Kubernetes
- 3Experience with React and Python
- 4Strong understanding of OshKosh Bgosh SkipHop and Little Planet product lines
- 5High school diploma or GED
