What You'll Do11
- 1Troubleshoot facility mechanical and electrical equipment and provide enhancement suggestions

- 4Respond to service requests and perform maintenance on mechanical equipment
- 5Monitor assigned facility through walkthroughs and record resolution data

- 8Participate in facility projects and maintain corporate policies
- 9Manage tool inventory and arrange repairs/replacements
- 10Submit expenditures promptly and obtain necessary security clearances

Requirements11
- 1High school diploma plus trades training or certification
- 2Minimum 3 years preventive maintenance experience with HVAC or pneumatic systems
- 3Sound knowledge of facility operations and maintenance processes
- 4Ability to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair building systems
- 5Strong environmental, health, and safety mindset
- 6Client-service orientation and urgency
- 7Understanding of Building Automation Systems (BAS)
- 8Effective communication and mentoring skills
- 9Willingness to work on-call and follow PPE requirements
- 10Physical ability to lift 75 pounds and work at heights
- 11Availability for emergency calls and off-hours
