What You'll Do17
- 1Perform preventive predictive and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery and facility systems
- 2Troubleshoot and repair mechanical electrical hydraulic pneumatic and other equipment related issues
- 3Inspect machinery to identify problems and execute necessary repairs
- 4Read and interpret electrical schematics mechanical drawings and design sketches
- 5Install remove relocate modify and upgrade equipment as needed
- 6Repair and replace mechanical and electrical components
- 7Assist with new machinery installation and commissioning
- 8Use hand tools power tools and shop equipment to fabricate modify and repair parts
- 9Operate machining equipment such as drill presses lathes mills and other metal cutting equipment
- 10Perform welding fabrication plumbing carpentry and general building maintenance
- 11Troubleshoot electrical systems including AC DC systems and controls
- 12Assist with industrial controls servo systems PLCs and CNC equipment
- 13Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities repairs inspections and preventive maintenance
- 14Work with contractors and vendors on major equipment repairs installations and facility projects
- 15Follow safety procedures OSHA lockout tagout protocols PPE requirements and electrical standards
- 16Maintain clean organized safe work area
- 17Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements13
- 1High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2Technical degree industrial maintenance certificate or related post secondary education preferred
- 35+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 4Experience with PLC troubleshooting and programming knowledge
- 5CNC machine experience
- 6Ability to troubleshoot 12–480V electrical systems
- 7Knowledge of NFPA 70E and electrical safety practices
- 8Familiarity with hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- 9Strong mechanical aptitude and problem solving skills
- 10Basic computer skills for documentation
- 11Good communication skills in English
- 12Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
- 13Forklift or scissor lift experience or certification preferred
