What You'll Do9
- 1Perform and manage preventative maintenance on capital equipment including forklifts and backhoes
- 2Execute electrical and HVAC installations and repairs
- 3Maintain company facilities addressing structural and equipment issues
- 4Coordinate large capital installation projects and provide improvement recommendations
- 5Assist management with special repair projects and facility initiatives
- 6Use Filemaker to order parts and supplies for machinery and building systems
- 7Track maintenance activities and ensure proper documentation
- 8Support production staff with troubleshooting and repair needs
- 9Lift 50+ lbs repeatedly during long shifts
Requirements5
- 15+ years building maintenance experience with HVAC systems
- 22-5 seasons of mechanical aptitude demonstrated through hands-on repairs
- 3Certified in AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner
- 4Spark and Airflow proficiency for data-driven maintenance analysis
- 55+ years experience with preventive maintenance scheduling software
