What You'll Do15
- 1Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment to reduce downtime and extend equipment life
- 2Troubleshoot and repair mechanical electrical hydraulic pneumatic and PLC-controlled systems to keep operations running safely and efficiently
- 3Diagnose and resolve issues with motors sensors and control systems
- 4Support industrial wastewater treatment systems and ensure hazardous waste handling aligns with regulatory requirements
- 5Maintain facility infrastructure including lighting plumbing and structural systems
- 6Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns and emergencies to minimize production disruptions
- 7Partner with production and engineering teams to identify root causes of equipment issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- 8Support machine chemistry maintenance to ensure proper operation of equipment and processes
- 9Perform electrical troubleshooting including work on 3-phase power and control circuits in accordance with safety standards
- 10Read and interpret schematics blueprints and technical documentation to guide maintenance and repair activities
- 11Follow OSHA standards and lockout/tagout procedures to ensure safe maintenance practices
- 12Use hand tools power tools and diagnostic equipment to complete maintenance and repair tasks
- 13Document maintenance activities repairs and parts usage accurately and in a timely manner
- 14Work safely with chemicals while using required personal protective equipment PPE
- 15Support overall facility operations by maintaining a clean organized and efficient work area
Requirements11
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons experience in industrial maintenance
- 3Knowledge of PLC-controlled systems and PLC troubleshooting
- 4Proficiency in working with electrical systems including 3-phase power and electrical troubleshooting
- 5Experience with hydraulics and hydraulic system maintenance
- 6Ability to read and interpret schematics blueprints and technical documentation
- 7Knowledge of OSHA standards and lockout/tagout procedures
- 8Experience with pneumatics and pneumatic system maintenance
- 9Familiarity with industrial wastewater treatment processes and hazardous waste compliance
- 10Experience with PLC control systems as an added advantage
- 11Strong problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset
