Maintenance Technician Aerotek
Overview
We seek dedicated Maintenance Technicians to join our team with openings across multiple shifts. You will perform preventive maintenance and minor repairs on DC equipment ensuring operational efficiency.
What You'll Do11
- 1Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on warehouse equipment
- 2Troubleshoot and repair mechanical electrical pneumatic hydraulic systems
- 3Maintain conveyor systems motors pumps gearboxes bearings
- 4Conduct routine inspections to identify equipment issues
- 5Respond to maintenance requests promptly
- 6Complete work orders and documentation in CMMS
- 7Support facility maintenance including lighting HVAC plumbing dock equipment
- 8Ensure OSHA compliance safety policies lockout tagout
- 9Assist with installation modification relocation of equipment
- 10Maintain clean organized work area
- 11Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements8
- 1At least 3-5 years maintenance experience in facility distribution manufacturing
- 2Proficiency in industrial electricity single phase three phase motors protective devices
- 3Experience with PLCs and system control software
- 4Knowledge of electronics photo sensors remote I/O modules servo drives scanning systems
- 5Ability to climb 100 feet and lift 50 pounds
- 6Associate degree in Industrial or Maintenance Technology preferred
- 7Experience with financial decision making team leadership
- 8Knowledge in mechanical pneumatics preventive maintenance troubleshooting
